Do I have to work out to use Routinek?
No. Most of Routinek is supplements, food, water and reminders. Training is a section you can ignore entirely — the Essential plan doesn't include it at all.
Is Captain giving me medical advice?
Never. Captain logs what you tell it and offers general guidance and information. It won't give medication dosing, and for health decisions it points you to your clinician.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes — English and Arabic are both first-class, including Captain's replies, reports and reminders. Numbers stay in Latin digits.
What about my data?
It's yours. Export a branded PDF any time, and delete your account and everything in it from inside the app.
Can I manage my mother's routine for her?
Yes. Send her a request from Settings → Caregiver; she approves it on her phone and chooses exactly what to share. You'll see her day, and you can log and confirm on her behalf. Your subscription covers up to five people, so she doesn't need her own.
Will Routinek tell me if she misses a dose?
It will tell you when something hasn't been confirmed — which is not the same claim. A silenced phone and a forgotten dose look identical from here, so Routinek never asserts that a dose was missed. You check in, then confirm or complete it yourself. It's a nudge, not a monitoring service, and it isn't a medical device.
Can she see who has access?
Always. Everyone supporting her is listed on her own phone, along with a log of everything they've viewed or changed — and she can pause or end any link instantly, without needing their agreement.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. iPhone first; Android is on the way.
